Spending sometime with the tower times at different times, felt finally at home with this captured. It was a dark boring night, till they decided to light it up for all of us to cheer us up and uncover the Bride's beauty. The river ran free underneath a lit up victory as i watched and exposed my third eye for 30 sec to see it differently.
Autumn comes with rain. I use rain for meditation, thinking and reflection. Captured this mood while in Paris 3 month ago with my new beloved beast mirrorless Fujifilm XT-10
For me most sightseeings and churches are very static buildings that by themselves can't talk to the viewer, let alone in a still capture that's why my Notre-dame was best perceived in motion nature's elements ; wind, colors, human element for scaling and silk water.
It's very hard not to fall for this golden and green fountain, La Fontaine des Fleuves - North captured here and La fontaine des mers - south came to life in Place de la Concorde, by the mind of architect Jacques-Ignace Hittorff. Completed 1840 both represent French navigation with the Fountain of rivers (statues of the Rhine, the Rhone and agricultural crops) and the fountain of seas (statues of the Mediterranean Ocean and fishing).
Raised in the middle of Place de Concorde, Paris to worship and honor the ancient Egyptian sun god, Ra. This Luxor Obelisk kisses the sunset daily and in style. Hundreds were built for this and to honour their departed pharaohs carving inscriptions to guide and guard them through their "journey" in the afterlife and from Alexander the Great to the Roman rule, many were transported from Egypt to the whole world, particularly Europe.
The gardens turned to glimmering gold, the sky was so bright and he was so lonely. So i decided to honour this lonely moment.
With the magnificent Seine river, the view couldn't be more beautiful.
captured from over pont alexandre III brdige on a blessed afternoon
Pont Alexandre III is definitely the best bridge you'll ever get to photograph with its timeless view on the Seine river. If you plan it right and if you're lucky you'll catch some awesome clouds to compliment the composition awesomeness :)
was crossing the road when the building majesty caught my eyes being wedded in swoosh every now and then. quickly i chose the location and the composition, sat still waited for a swoosher ( 3 cars ) then bang!
Paris for me, stand for all strange and new, hence the crazy colors. Taken from over Pont Alexandre III bridge peaking on Eiffel Tower in it's evening glory.
