APRIL 17 - 18 2015 // Wadi Sannur Cave Workshop 

Travel & Landscape Photography workshop in collaboration with Astrotrips.

Dear Friends, Life is a series of discoveries and the best way to see more of your home town is to Travel. This time we will do something totally different, that’s why Astrotrips and Amr Tahtawi photography is taking you on a very special photographic journey to a new remote location in Egypt. We will explore the Spectacular beauty of “Sannur Cave” natural protectorate valley where we will shoot the wild and beautiful nature inside the Cave as well as outside. 
Sanur Cave is one of the rarest places in the world.

The Cave tell us a story of Rock formation millions of years ago. Due to the ongoing alabaster drilling operations, 54 big cavities leading to a caves in the bottom of the earth. They contain geological formations known as ups and downs. The cave extends on an area of 700 m, with a width of 15m and a depth of 15m.

We will then Camp under the stars for 1 night to enjoy the magic of the place with our cameras.

This workshop is dedicated to all the passionate Landscape and Astro photographers in Egypt. People with positive outdoors Spirits.

Pre-visualise your shot with intermediate Photo Course

Enrol in the intermediate photography course designed to boost your Pre-visualisation Skills & help you be a better photographer. REGISTER HERE.

In 6 sessions Participants will get introduced to pre-visualising their photos on-location through different photographic techniques along with tips and trick. HDR / street photography / Abstract photography in 4 field trips ( 2 field trips for each )

During the trips participants will get to know new methods of seeing shapes, colours and tones to get the right shot according to the situation and time of the day while learning new ways of looking at everyday things and turning them into a vision-driven piece of art.

Then they will learn how to retouch their shots and how to make final HDR touches for a better look and feel in 2 sessions, each for 3hrs

Enjoy 4 interactive field trips for your portfolio rich boost and a deep practical understanding of different photographic situations

6 sessions ( 4 Practical + 2 Theoretical // hands-on basic retouching )

Friday, 25 April (Practical) : First field trip with hands-on guidance on how to see the street from an artistic perspective with tips and tricks for settings and techniques.

Saturday, 26 April (Practical) : Practicing under my guidance on how to see the street from an artistic perspective with tips and tricks for settings and techniques.

Tuesday, 29 April (Theoretical) : Hands-on basic retouching for a better presentation of the street photography vision photographed in the field with many tips and tricks on how to shine artistically.

Friday, 2 May(Practical) : First field trip with hands-on guidance on how to see the street from an artistic perspective with tips and tricks for settings and techniques.

Saturday, 3 May (Practical) : Practicing under my guidance on how to see the street from an artistic perspective with tips and tricks for settings and techniques.

Tuesday, 6 May (Theoretical) : Hands-on basic retouching for a better presentation of the HDR vision photographed in the field with many tips and tricks on how to shine artistically.
